b444 Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the b444 platform. By registering or accessing the site, you are considered to have agreed to all of these terms.
This document is a binding agreement between b444 and its users. The terms stated here may change from time to time. Users will be notified on the platform when changes are made. The latest version will always be in effect.
General Provisions
b444 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for adult users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions (referred to hereafter as "Terms") govern the relationship between users and b444. By accessing the platform or creating an account, a user is considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

- These Terms are available in both English and Bengali; in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will take precedence.
- b444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the site after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
- These Terms are personal and non-transferable.
Eligibility and Age Requirements
To create an account on b444 and take part in gaming or betting activities, users must meet the following requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be of sound mind and capable of entering into agreements on their own behalf.
- Must be accessing from a location where online gaming is not prohibited.
- A single person may not hold more than one account.
- b444 employees or members of their immediate family may not open an account.
Participation by minors in gambling or betting activities is strictly prohibited. b444 may request age verification documents when necessary. Registration using false information will result in account closure and the associated funds may be forfeited.
Account Registration and Management
3.1 Registration Process
To register with b444, accurate and complete personal information must be provided. The mobile number and email address given during registration must be verified (via OTP or another method). It is the user's responsibility to update any changes to their information in the account settings.
3.2 Account Security
Users are required to keep their username and password strictly confidential. Sharing login credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the b444 support team must be notified immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.
3.3 Account Suspension or Closure
b444 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Use of a false identity or false information.
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The following methods can be used to make deposits on b444: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. No additional fee applies to deposits.
4.2 Withdrawals
The same methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer) can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
4.3 Important Conditions
- Deposits and withdrawals must be made using accounts registered in the same person's name.
- Deposits made through a third party are not accepted.
- If any discrepancy is found, b444 reserves the right to hold the transaction for verification.
- Transactions in cryptocurrency or any other digital currency are not accepted.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit at b444, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be placed.
5.2 Other Promotions
b444 offers various promotional offers from time to time, notable ones include:
- b444 Weekly Reload Reward: 50% bonus on a single weekly deposit, up to ৳10,000; wagering 20x.
- b444 Friday Festival Bonus: 30% bonus every Friday, up to ৳8,000; wagering 18x.
- Cricket Mania Deposit Offer: 40% bonus on deposits for cricket betting, up to ৳6,000; wagering 15x.
- b444 Birthday Special Gift: Up to ৳2,000 reward during the registered birthday month; wagering 10x.
- Refer a Friend b444 Bonus: Up to ৳3,000 reward for each newly registered and depositing member referred; wagering 12x.
5.3 Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are not cash; they cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements have been completed.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless b444 explicitly states otherwise.
- b444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without notice.
- If bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any winnings may be forfeited from the account.
VIP Program and Cashback
The b444 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is given at each tier, calculated as a set percentage of that week's net losses:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Example: a Silver member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. Moving to a higher tier depends on activity on the platform; specific turnover thresholds are not published.
The cashback amount is credited as a bonus and the relevant wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.
Gaming and Betting Policy
7.1 General Gaming Rules
To take part in any slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette or sports betting activity available on b444, these Terms must be followed. The individual rules of each game or market also apply.
7.2 Bet Cancellation and Disputes
- If a bet is deemed invalid due to a technical error, b444 may refund the amount of that bet.
- In the event of a dispute over a score or result, internationally recognised sources (such as official cricket board records) will be followed.
- For bets on abandoned or mid-game suspended matches, b444's decision is final.
7.3 Manipulation and Unlawful Activity
Any user found attempting to gain an advantage through match-fixing, collusion, or any other unfair means will have their account permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited.
Privacy and Data Protection
b444 collects, stores and processes users' personal data. Full details on how data is used and a complete description of SSL-protected data management are provided on our Privacy Policy page, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the site, users also consent to the Privacy Policy.
- Personal data is not sold to third parties.
- Data may be provided to authorities where required by legal obligation.
- Users may request to view or correct the data held about them.
Responsible Gaming

- Service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).
b444 is committed to maintaining the quality and security of the platform and uses modern security measures including SSL encryption.
Changes to Terms and Validity
b444 may amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified on the site or by email for significant changes. Continued access to or use of the site after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.
